'91 speaker covers? 200 1991

I'm looking to replace my speaker covers on my 1991 240 sedan, but my hunch/research tells me the hexagonal ones on the speakers (have volvo logo) are not the correct ones.

For those of you with the speaker covers (for the speakers on the door)

what do they look like?

This is for a '91, as I understand, they vary by year.
