i'm RIGHT in the middle of removing the seal for replacement and it's not coming off, i seems it was attached with contact cement or something similar.
i've been scraping at it for about 2 hours now and have about 6-8 inches clean.

i need to finish this today and get the seal in before it's dark i have about 3 hours of light left at this rate it's not going to happen today even!

what doesn't work

rubbing alcohol
lacquer thinner
acetone
some evil barge cement thinner

does anyone know anything that REALLY works ?
