Knock Sensor Torque. S90-V90 1998

Dave:
Thanks very much!
I now have the FAQ printed out for the current and future troubles.
It has the torque spec for knock sensors.
However I'm never sure which applies to the white block engines, but pressing on regardless.
At the first reading of the FAQ nothing seems to have a rough idle when cold as a symptom. That is the problem I'm chasing.
The car will be looked at tomorrow by a Volvo independent who has the elaborate diagnostic computer, and the knowledge to use it. A different Volvo specialist could not find anything wrong.
In short the car idles and runs rough when cold, but not misfiring rough. Just vibration. Continues after the water shows warm. The colder it is, the rougher it is, and at 30 degrees it can take 5-6 miles of driving to smooth out.
When smooth it is as smooth as a 6 cylinder ought to be.
All easy fixes have been tried. New cam belt, plugs, swapped AMM, no vacuum leaks, fuel pressure OK, etc..

Any ideas?
