GT Cluster Woes... 140-160

Hey all, I have a question about gauge repair. After years of lusting after a proper GT instrument cluster for my 164, I finally found one and bought it. I waited and waited and it showed up in the mail today. The color on the gauges is good, the back of the cluster is a healthy black, and it is in good shape overall. The circuit board is even in good shape. But wait, the "glass" for the speedometer was broken in transit. Cr@p... Does anyone know of a good gauge repair shop that I could send my speedometer to? Or does anyone know how these gauges come apart so I may take it apart myself and have someone build up a new piece of plexiglass for me?
Bummed in MT,
Nick
