upper spring seat S90-V90

I plan on replacing mine probably next week. This is one of the last parts I balieve my front suspension needs in order to be fully refreshed.. The OEM shocks I think are fine even after 300k km's.. I spoke to a volvo repair shop a few days ago and he said even the bearings do not wear. Its mostly the rubber spring seat which causes noise..

The other part is the sway bar rubber mounts/links..

I have replaced:
control arm bushings
ball joints
sway bar links
tie rods
checked rear shocks and there is nothing wrong with them.

Even though all these parts were worn out, it still could be better.. Hopefully the spring seats make a big difference.

Another part is the rear tranny mount. Its only $40 so I will have to check it out and possibly replace it. Looks like only a few bolts to remove..
