Brakes stayed on until I removed fuse but now nothing works ??? 700

Guys I need your help. I came home today and noticed my brake lights were on as I got out of the car. I thought it was the switch at the pedal which after fiddling with , the lights were still on. I removed the fuse (which was hot to the touch) which turned off the lights obviously. Now even after I replaced the fuse, the lights don't come on and it wont shift out of park.

Were do I start to figure this out? any help would be much appreciated.
