coolant leak on an around water pump 900

1994 945 turbo

Just moved to NE, bitterly cold this time of year, especially since I moved from MS. Recently had tuneup done (new plugs, wires)also had radiator replaced new top hoses, coolant flushed, transmission flushed and filled. Drove it from MS with uhaul trailer ran like a top, I have had no problem starting her up in -20F climate recently, sounds rough when starting have to apply higher idle, then warms up nicely after about 10-15 m. The other day I noticed I had leaked a small pool of coolant checked everywhere finally found around water pump, had this replaced a couple of years ago. I am wondering why the seal would go bad now what is best remedy (replace water pump again, replace seal?)

Thanks,
Miles
