fuse/relay 700 1989

I went into my fuse/relay block in the center console of my '89 745 and it seems as if its off "its track" - I tried to see if I could get it back in nice and level and locked in but am having no luck and am frustrated. I'm guessing one doesn't want to get too rough with this so I've been taking it easy. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
