Update on No start after turned off for short time 700 1991 700 1991

This turned out to be the fuel pump relay.
This problem was fairly constant over several monthes. The car never died while running. It periodically wouldn't start after being turned off for a short period of time. Wait 5 minutes & it always started. Happened more frequently in warmer weather. Swapped the relay, problem gone.
I just drove around w/ the relay area exposed for a couple of days until it didn't start. Swapped the relay & it fired right away.
Lesson learned, don't build a house & ignore all the growing problems w/ your cars. Yes I'm joking.
