Bolt in Alternator 120-130 1968

I'm a bit confused from all the stuff I've read on the interwebs.

What is the bolt in alternator option for my B18? The Bosche or the AC Delco?

I've got an IPD adapter, but would rather not use it if there is a straight fit model.

From there which models are people using?

Standard wagon set-up, with AC, updated headlights (H4), probably going to add a new radio.
