Vacuum Line Routing 200 1977

First off, this forum is a fantastic resource. Thanks for all the collective wisdom. I am trying to absorb as much as I can. I'm on my third and oldest brick, and I intend to keep it on the road forever.

I've been scouring the net for the correct vacuum routing for a '77, non-California B21F. The PO bypassed, rerouted, or eliminated most of the small lines for the EGR and the EVAP system. In this cold weather, I am having consistent trouble with hard starts and erratic idle until the engine warms. I am trying to rule out vacuum leaks. I would like to return things to stock or at least have some idea of how things should actualy be before bypassing anything.

These illustrations show how I found things and how I think they should be, based on all the info I've gathered so far. The distributor has two fittings. I know one should connect to the intake, but what about the other? Also on the "vacuum amplifier," should the "A" fitting be open or capped?
