I already know it's not putting out in the car! 0 amps and 12.6 volts, which is what the battery reads disconnected.
I was hoping that the test would either pin the rose on the alternator OR exonerate it, and also with the rebuilt one I got on ebay for $20 a couple years ago.
I was also hoping to avoid assembling and disassembling things any more than necessary, since at age 70 working on cars is not as fun as it used to be.
