Hello all.
I am the proud owner of a '90 745 with a 16 valve. Just got a couple quick questions about it; 1st, on the back of the center console there is a red light that has a "fasten safety belts" symbol on it.. just wondering as to how it is supposed to light up. The chime relay was removed before I bought the car, could that be the problem because the light for seat belts on the instrument cluster doesn't light either. 2nd, my driver's side seat heater has died ): however the relay still clicks when the switch is depressed (cuz i cleaned and re-soldered the switch) what commonly breaks on those? And is it difficult to repair? Thank you for all your help, this website has been very helpful thus far!
