Tip for lube - door hinge spring

Have not made a post in a spell. Maybe this will prove useful.

The drivers door on my 94 245 needed lube, as it was doing it's popping thing. I kept putting it off till I was away from the house, away for my spray lube, and it was getting pretty bad.

Just on a whim I reached into the tool tray in the back and found a nearly empty tube of anti-seize. What the heck, I gave it a try. Just a bit right at the spring where the serrated roller makes contact and viola, no more pop - NONE!

Actually, much better answer than the spray lube I have been using, as it stays put. The relief was instant. Hope this is a good tip!
