960 Bumper Questions 900 1996

I'm in the market for a bumper cover for a 96 960 wagon. I havent been able to find any on line. Everything I find is for 92-95 model years. I have gotten prices from a couple of local dealerships. The first one quoted $448 plus tax and the second initially quoted $317, then asked if I was a body shop. I told him no. I then asked if they come painted and he said they do but he needed the VIN. I gave him my VIN and then he came back and said the price of the bumper cover, painted to match my car, was now $448.

I have a shop that will paint the bumper for $250 so if I cant find a bumper for less than 200 I would probably be better off with the bumper from the dealership.

Now to replacing it, how do the wiper arms on the headlights come off? I looked and didnt see any set screws or nuts holding them on. Do they pull off? Do the headlights have to come out?
Secondly, I read a post that the bumper is held on by 6 bolts, is there any other trick to replacing a bumper on this car, The bumper absorber is in pretty good shape. The reason I'm doing this is because my daughter was backing out of the driveway the other night and didnt see my car behind her. The trailer hitch poked about a 2 inch diameter hole right thru the cover.

Thanks
Neil
