Power Steering Pumn mounting. 200

I have had an ongoing issue with the mounting of my power steering pump. Would someone please inform me as to the orientation of the rubber inserts, and the washers, spacers etc.

My pump runs out of true. I have had this problem since the last time that the car was serviced by the dealership. The front of the pump pulley (nearest the engine) runs too far toward the radiator. Mine is the pump with the remote plastic resivor and is a Saginaw unit. The pump has a rubber bushing low on the aluminum bracket that also locates the A/C compressor, and this bushing can be pulled out easily, once the main pivot bolt is removed. Does this bushing install from the rear, or the front. if from the front, what keeps the bushing in position? The top outside bushings are installed from the outside of the bracket, and there is a tubular bushing installed between the two rubber bushings. This situation is slowly driving me nuts. Please give me some direction on this.
