Cruise Control off by 5 mph 900 1995

95-945, Not a big issue, but still something that doesn't work properly. When cruise is set it drops 5 mph. What I do is set cruise at 5 mph faster than where I want it to settle. Have checked vacuum lines & adjusted the cable play to be tight with the accelerator cable. Any other ideas? Thanks.
