Brake failure switch repair 200

The brake failure switch on my '80 244 diesel is leaking. I have already taken the junction block apart and replaced all the o-rings, and it is still leaking through the switch just a bit. I am neither willing to spend over $200 for a replacement, nor remove that f-ing junction again. I don't even need a brake failure notification, as I am quite capable of realizing that my brakes aren't working properly.

Have any of you simply put a brass plug in its place, or something of the sort? This is what I'm looking to do, but haven't had much luck in finding something that is the same size and has the same very fine threading.

I would love to hear your suggestions, if y'all have any.

Charlie
