Instrument Cluster fit; oil change "extras' 200 1993

1993 240 wagon - no warning lights - never had them on this ebay purch car. The numnber on the dash reads "K39200" - any clues? Possibly not even orig cluster. Odometer doesn't work, but need to know - how serious are lights for oil pressure and braking system assuming fluids etc. checked before a trip? Other sugg?

Oil filters through Groton - also sell gaskets, washers & magnetic drain plug. IPD even sells a copper ring seal. When I order Mann oil filters (mechanic to change oil), recomm on buying these other parts to? Can I assume that generic washers and gaskets used are prob ok, but that magnetic drain plug may be helpful - not sure about copper ring seal. Would the magnetic drain plug last for life?
