2 dumb questions about OIL, yeah, Ahhh-gain 200

Despite running with Rotella T Synthetic I've noticed a depletion of the level.
I DO see a slight drip from the drain plug...

1) Does the later B230F's require 1 or 2 copper washers for the drain plug?

Didn't have any fresh oil on hand (tends to end up in the 850 now) but i DID have some old Rotella that I had yet to take to the recycle bin at O'Reilly's.
I used it this morning to preven calling in to work to be late.
Then I got to thinking of the stories I read about Auto-Rx and Kerosene blah blah... Then I came across ATF in the Crankcase... (I pranked my ex-gf with ATF in the gas... she was "stuck" on the side of the highway for an hour)

2) Anyone tried this OR are you religiously performing this "flush" annually?

Just tired of sticking my pinky in the drain hole and getting funk on it...
I'm getting near to my 45oz speaker magnet on the oil pan trick.
(magnet on oil filter = choking the oil pump = clogged galleries)
