Wiper Issue...again 200 1989

I'm back to the wipers again. I've had problems in the past, but they've just seemed to "solve themselves", which has inevitably led to procrastination on my part, and now there's a bigger problem.

My front wipers have quit working all together. The rear wiper still works, but the fluid quirter and the front wipers are imobile.

Because there have been some on again off again problems with them, I'm thinking it's the wiper switch, rather than the motor. I'm wondering if it might be as simple as a connection/contact issue with the wiring maybe? Is there some sort of fix for that, or is it just time for a new switch assembly?

Any input would be appreciated.
