Thinking about getting a 68' 145S, what should I be thinking about 140-160 1968

It looks good from the pictures. Not sure what the stumbling at low rpm is: if you buy it, give it new points and rotor and adjust the carbs and see what happens. Would a vacuum leak cause stumbling at low rpm but not cause noticeable problems above 1000rpm?

Bad suspension bushes would cause squirreliness at speed on bumpy surfaces, but not on smooth road.
