brake hoses: replace one or replace all? 200 1983

I just finished replacing almost the complete rear brake system due to what started, I believe, with a bad brake hose.

The hose had swelled inward such that the fluid could slowly be forced through the hose, but had trouble retreating when the brakes were released. This led to the affected side being "always on" and quickly wore down the pad to the metal backing.

I replaced the discs, cleaned and repaired the calipers, installed new pads, and replaced the faulty hose. All of this begs the question: Should I invest in a complete set of new hoses, front and rear? Bleeding the brakes didn't expose any obvious problems with the current hoses, but I'd hate to be hit with the same issue 2 years down the road.

I don't know the replacement history of hoses on this car, but is it customary to do them all at once, or at least an axle at once?
