can jump starting harm my car? 200

My 240 will not start. I have fuel on the plugs and the belt is good so I am pursuing electrical. I have found a zillion posts on here about the issue. Every no start issue before has always been one relay or another.

Can jump starting another car cause this? I am not a big believer in coincidences. Friday morning I jump started my wife's car in our own driveway. When I was done I shut it off and did not touch it till this morning and now it doesn't start. I can't think of what the connection could be but it is the last thing I did with my car.
