FM Radio don't work. AM works fine. What is broken? 900

I actually have two radios doing the same thing. In a 940 and in a 960. The FM part of the tuner does mot work in either radio. I only hear static. The AM part of the tuner works in both radios. Any clue of what may be the problem?
