How can I verify power to the ICU 200 1993

It's a wagon. I could not hear the pumps kicking on before I changed the CPS, I do now. I can also now smell gas in the engine compartment, whereas, I couldn't before. When I hook a spark tester in line with the coil to distributor wire, I get no evidence of spark coming from the coil. When I hold the wire near a ground, I get the same "no spark" condition. Fuse 4 had no power before, and now has power. I will connect the original driver's side leads to the new leads coming from the passengers side and see if the "no flash" condition changes. I must have an early 93 because I see nothing on either battery terminal, just a terminal clamp. I do appreciate you taking the time to help me out. It's nice to know that there are still good people out there.
