Clean Those Grounds!!! 700

I posted a problem a few days ago. It was an engine shutdown when the high beams were turned on. Well, it turned out to be a dirty ground problem. I removed both ground terminals from the inner front fenders and cleaned them up and tightened all the spade connections. Presto!! Problem resolved. Strange as it may seem these grounds up by the headlights seem to have something to do with how the engine actually runs. Maybe the passenger side one is for the MAS?? Even though I had no apparent problems before the engine really seems to now be running better. The occasional ideling burps have really deminished and it seems alot smoother when accelerating. Bottom line is that this seems to be a relatively easy fix that we all should keep in mind if a MAS problem is suspected or ,as in my case, the engine cuts out when the high beams are turned on.
