Bosal Exhaust causes knocking noise on under carriage. 200 1988

I recently bought a bosal head pipe, the installation was easy enough. After starting the car and driving a bit, it now makes a knocking/rubbing noise. After getting under the car I noticed that the head pipe is now hitting the transmission brace, about 2-3 1/2 inched before it bolts to the cat. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this issues. It makes the ride very loud.

Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks

Geofffrey
