A/C problem 700

If you don't need the AC, try pulling the low pressure switch connector off the engine side of the reciever/dryer. Just above the exhaust manifold near the fire wall. This will send a signal to the system to not run the AC on low pressure.
Not sure if the AC turns on in the defrost setting. This dries the air for quicker defrost.
My 91 and 92 do. On my 92 745T, the AC switches to off when pushed in. On my 91 940T it is the opposite.
