thinking of the dark side... what are the issues with V70 / XC70 compared with RWD?

Mom got an 850 after years of 200 series. I am a professional mechanic and hate working on the FWD. Major is a PAIN and EXPENSIVE.

The turbo just kicked the bucket and while I am pushing the folks to get another 200 series I don't think they will as mom REALLY wants AC and we all know the AC was a bit of a joke for the 200 series.

All that aside the XC70 does look incredible but, no manual and the motor is sideways!!!
