That's too much for headbolts - you'll break them.
My manuals say do it in 3 stages. First to 29 ft-lb, then to 58 and finally to 65 ft-lbs.
Start in the center and work your way in an expanding circle until you get'em all.
Torque all of them to 29 ft-b first, then 58 and finally 65.
