radio no power on 91 940 wagon 900 1991

During the process of repairing my cigarette lighter which I succeeded, but now I have no power to the radio.
The only light that is flashing is the "cd" indicator. There is no display present to point to a code issue. I still tried to enter the code, but no luck. The power knob on the has no affect. The antenna does not go up either.
I checked the fuse connection (#26) but there is power. I also checked the fuse at the back of the radio and it is ok. Is it something in the radio?
