240 Headlight troubles 200 1991

Hello there, I'm having a bit of trouble with my headlights. They stopped coming on. The hi-beams work and all the other lights are fine, but no headlights. I've checked all the fuses a few times, they all seem to be in working order. Can anyone help? I've had the Volvo for a year now and I've made some repairs on my own, but in this situation I just can't think of what it might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
