Volvo 960 Head gasket job 900 1992

How big of a job is this in the b6304?
I've done it in other cars but i've read somewhere that these engines are kinda tricky along the lines of needing special tools to remove the head cover as to not bend and or break things.
Anyone can shed some light? Plus this is an early b6305 block so i'll be checking for the now infamous porous block.
