Battery light staying on all the time 120-130

The battery light is staying on in my 67 122 with a generator...for a while it would stay on a little longer then what I thought was normal but then it would go out once the car was running for a few minutes - now its on all the time. The generater is charging at 13-15 volts which is great, so I think its an instument problem, or a bad ground - I checked the wiring diagram....and checked what I saw to check - I checked the gounds on the generator and the regulator - and cleaned them, and the fuse box is all good.

any ideas?
