Rex/Regina questions 700

Evening all,
Been looking over the newest member of the family, a 1990 740 sedan, with but 138k. I've been reading up on the rex/regina system, as it's all new to me. It runs pretty good now, but for future refernece, the only thing that concerns me, is the air temp sensor, the one thats where the AMM should be? I've checked a few places I usually get parts, and no one seems to list them.
