Regina MAP sensor/ Air Temp sensor????parts source 700 1990

Car wont start in am.Cranks but no starts.Battery ok.Fuel pump+crank sensor relay changed few yrs back at the same time.Swapped Radio suppression relay and tried resoldered old Fuel pump relay in place newer FPR no start.
Smells of fuel.Towed by CAA to mechanic.
Said can be a few things,most likly Air Temp sensor or Air Mass meter.He is not familiar with Regina engine but like a lot of mechanic refused to look at what I found on Brickboard.Waited 2 days now he still cant fit me in.

Can someone kidly confirm that the MAP sensor is the Standard Parts AS5 or Delco 213-185 as seen in FAQ.
FCGRoton sells the Air Temp sensor but not the MAP sensor.
EEuroparts does not sell either.
Rockauto sells the AS 5 and is more convenient for shipping to Canada but dont sell the blue Air temp sensor,just a Standard grey sensor.
Thanks for any idea.

People including some mechanic think I should buy a new car.!!!!!!
