89' 744 turbo that the oil dipstick keep poping up and oil going everywhere. HELP!!! 700

I have a 1989 744 Turbo with just over 221k miles on it. the dip stick keeps popping up and throwing oil all over my nice clean engine compartment anytime that i go on the highway. What is the cause and how can i fix this???? I have just replaced the front oil seals, timing belt, pcv (on non-turbos is the flame trap), cleaned the throttle-body, replaced the distibotor, spark plugs, exhuast system, turbo return seal and gasket, and even the oil-filler cap seal/gasket. i still cant find the reason for this. If you know PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, volvoadam
