instrument cluster and marker lights out 200

Hi folks, I just got home at 11pm after a lousy day at work. Jumped in the 90 240 wagon and had no dash illumination or marker lights. Dash warning lites, turn signals and low/high beams all work. Checked in the dark and had voltage at the headlight switch but no voltage at either side of the dimmer rheostat. I leave the headlight switch on all the time so I will be surprised if that went bad which leaves the relay or switch. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Dave. Long Island NY.
