Relay questions 200

When I get interested in relays, I often will see a reference to a "Cabin" relay and a "main" relay. Bentley's diagram on 390-3 does not reference the Cabin relay, but it does show a location of a main relay.

So, what is the cabin relay and where might it be found on a '92 245DL? I'm a little hesitant on the main relay, but would venture to say it is part of the fuel system. I see a location for it on the same page. What control function does the main relay have?

On occasion, I read of recommendations to keep a spare fuel pump relay in the glove compartment. Sounds fair minded to me but want to have the right relay handy.
