early PV hood 'catch' 444-544 1958

Hi all:

Does anyone have a good photo (either installed or off the car) of the hood catch used on the B16 4/544s with the early hood/narrow radiators?
This fastened to the drivers side hood support arm just below/beyond the 'wye' junction and prevented the hood from closing unexpectedly (wind etc.) before the later spring loaded supports.
I think the part was stamped steel and was Part # 93914, held in place by a shaft and cotter pins from what I can guess from the 444 parts manual.
This is missing on my 444 and strangly, on all the other early 544s that I have seen that are local, only the hole for it remains.
