Dash warning lights 700

Recently our 1990 745T will flash all its warning lights simultaneously! It seems to happen when stepping hard on the brakes. There are no other symptoms and the car starts and runs fine. Battery cables? Fuse block short? The ingnition switch has been replaced once so it shouldn't be that - unless it's going again. That was maybe 40,000 miles ago.
