Oil Leak Diagnosis 700 1989

Hi All,
Fairly new around here, but have already found some much needed answers. I've done some minor maintenance before but am now thinking I'll have to actually get my hands dirty for this fix.
I have an 89 740 Turbo Wagon with 305k km on it that is leaking oil from the lower timing belt cover. Which seals/gaskets should I be looking at replacing for this? I was hoping it was just a pressure thing so cleaned out the breather box which didn't seem to make much difference. Any help would be great.
Mike
