Mystery Broken Shield by Fuel Tank 900

I have a 95 960 sedan with a broken shield under the car I can't identify.

It is a plastic piece under the car, on the driver's side, in front of the gas tank near the pillar between the doors. Re size,it is about 2 feet long, 1.3" thick, and maybe 5 " wide. It bolts to the bottom of the car, and is angled so it is toward the back of the car. i think it protects some of the fuel lines or perhaps one of the connectors where the fuel lines go uo into the tank.

The dealer does not show it on their computers, so I am having a had time pricing and replacing it. A hand identifying it's name, purpose and, if possible part number appreciated.
