Universal Bosch 02 sensor, or the OEM Bosch 02 sensor 200

I have been trying to solve a few issues with my recently purchased 1991 240. I am probably going to replace the 02 sensor. I have read mostly positive things when doing a forum search about the universal one. But, I have seen a few negative post saying not to use the universal Bosch sensor. The difference is about 110.00, so I am obviously leaning toward the universal one. Any input is appreciated.
