What paint to use on bumpers 200 1986

I thought I just posted the on the 200 site, but did it on the 140 site by mistake. I'm going to have my car painted soon and want to make the bumpers and air dam look new and fresh too. What kind of paint should I use if I'm going to do it in my own driveway or should I just let the paint shop do it?
