What could it be - No Start?? S90-V90

Hey guys,

1. Come out of house and use key fob to unlock
2. Try to start and nothing, no power on dash, no radio, one small click out of somewhere but not starter...
3. Try it a few times and nothing
4. Go back into house lock the car with keyfob again
5. Come back out 5 min later
6. Unlock car again, and try to start
7. Everything works fine, starts no problem...

What ya'll think???
