240 Heater Core Replacement 200

A question for anyone who has swapped their heater cores out - what brand did you buy? I see some on feebay for $130-160, FCP and Eeuro sell FourSeasons brand for $100, but I have also seen Proliance cores for as low as $40 through Rock Auto.

IMO a C-note is a bit high, but I know nothing of the other brands (actually, none of them). My 88 240's heater core doesn't leak but its 21 yrs old and I'm gutting the dash this Spring in order to rewire, some general cleaning/upgrades, and replace other items such as the evaporator (am upgrading the entire AC to 91+ style), and would like to do some preventative maintenance to the heater core while everything's out.

I like to break things on MY terms. :)
