Dash Buzz 700 1989

Well I am still searching. It is not the motor mounts, the clearance is fine. It is not in the relay panel as none are hot nor buzzing. I even took the entire panel off under the windshield wipers, nothing there either. It sounds like it is right against the inside of the firewall. I did several drive bys to see if it could be heard from outside, it could, but just barely. I am continuing to remove parts, I guess the next thing is the defroster ductwork. The noise is speed related. I can hold the low speed and it buzzes even when I drop a gear, or kick it into neutral and rev the engine. It has got to be one of the oddest issues I have ever seen!!
