U-joints zerk - grease interval? 700 1989

Hi all

How often does one need to pump grease in with one of these u-joints with the zerk fittings?

I've just finished installing a new (front-most) u-joint with a zerk fitting in my driveshaft. The old one, couple of years old, also had a zerk but my mechanic have never bothered to inform me to grease it. Surprisingly the center u-joint which I think is original (no zerk) is still fine!
